BREATHE! Good job today learning about some of the basics of breathing, breathing through your nose and through your mouth. We will have 5 more lessons about breath and then you will have a great baseline knowledge on how to breathe properly which will increase your health and vitality!
For the next week I want you to focus on breathing through your nose at all times(2/3 of your breath from your belly, 1/3 from your chest) and notice how you feel. It will take practice but over time you can do it.

Rec games continues tomorrow. I hope you learned 3 new upper body exercises today that you can use at home or at the gym. Tomorrow you will play ping pong, corn hole, and spikeball!

Each player took home a nice “Volcom” hat as their prize!
Med ball relays were fun today. Remember that you want to work all of the 7 primal pattern movements during the week so you can stay functional and healthy in all of the activities and sports you do in your life! Med ball relays covered the pushing, pulling, twisting, and squatting primal pattern movements. Tomorrow rec games will continue with spikeball, 4 square, and corn hole!
Nice job today getting your volley on! Tomorrow is cardio Wednesday so I will roll the “dice” to see how many laps you will be running. After the run you will sit in small groups and read a quote from the book “Unplugged.” Click here to learn more about the book and buy it today!
