    • no not really. They are basically one big sugar drink of low quality. I do like fresh juiced fruits and veggies that you juice at home with no extra junk added in depending on the person. Smoothies are a ton of carbohydrates all at once. You should always eat protein, fat, and carbs together to help balance your blood sugar

    • memory lane is a term Ms. Vacketta came up with. It basically means we are going to go back and play all the sports and activities we have done during the year during the months of May and June

    • Mr. Hough is awesome. Our programs are not the same but we do play some of the same sports. My class did soccer in October

  1. Coach Caldwell I am a 2nd year PE teacher and I am curious as to what you do during National Physical Education and Sport Week? Do you do your own activities?

    Thanks

  2. For our long/short jump-rope routines, are we allowed to meet at tutorial and practice them? Also, when is the exact date that we’re going to present? Lastly, you said that on Monday we’re going to have a quiz. What is it going to be about exactly? Thank you very much!
