Trainers in Training-Future Health Practitioners

Amazing job today students! Now you know how hard it is to be a teacher or a coach. Most of you stepped out of your comfort zone to teach the cues of the exercise, make sure technique was as good as possible, and to encourage each client(student)through the fitness lesson you created. On Friday you will switch roles. Remember that personal trainers or people in the fitness industry can make good money by doing what they love and helping people reach their health goals. Maybe some of you will become PE teachers in the future?

GMO and Glyphosate

Good conversations today about GMO foods and glyphosate. Try to eat as many organic foods as possible but also try to eat freshly prepared whole foods as well. You can eat cereals and packaged foods as I want you to enjoy your life but always in moderation and always know what you are putting in your body. I realize at your age you don’t have the ability to always buy the foods you want but at least you are learning what to do as you get older.
