What up! I just got done with a nice primal pattern workout of reverse grip pull-ups, reptilian crawling, and body weight squats. After I did 4 sets I finished off with some lower ab exercises.
What have you guys been up to this summer? So far I have been surfing alot, riding my bike, carving hills on my sector 9, strength training, yoga, did some traveling, reading, took lots of naps, and have been eating some nutrient dense, tasty foods.
If you are an x-student, current student, or just someone checking out the site let me know what you have been up to this summer. We still have a little over 5 weeks left. Time for me to go visit my 10 month old nephew who is just learning how to stand, squat, crawl etc. Even the little guys practice their primal pattern movements.
