Week 2 of The Art Of Breathing-Metabolic Breathing

Students, well done today learning about breathing and practicing 3 different breathing protocols! Practice at home each day for the next week until you learn more in week 3! Remember breathing through your nose has many health benefits such as improved performance and recovery, decompresses the spine and relieves pain, and increase immune system function! Some of you closed your eyes and really focused on calming your mind and focusing on your breath. Great job!

Fitness Thursday

Lovely job today people. Some of you are learning how to control your breath during a workout! You might be sore tomorrow as today was a full body workout. Remember that strength training is only one piece of your health puzzle as we talked about yesterday. Tomorrow it’s basketball time with ELDOA at the end.
