AWESOME day today students. You all did a great job jogging and learning about Dr. Movement. On the right side of your screen under “blog archives” click on “primal pattern movements” then click on “introducing primal pattern movements” and watch the videos. These movements are what we will be using on our strength training Thursday’s.
I want you guys to focus on the pushing movement, pulling movement, lunging and squatting. I know most of you do not have the equipment I use in the videos but just practice the movement at home and we will use equipment in class. If you are not able to watch the videos please let me know. We will work something out it’s no big deal.
