Welcome to the world of primal pattern movements. Please watch each video and practice each movement using good technique. These movements will be what we use during our Thursday strength training sessions. Do not worry about using equipment at home. Just focus on practicing the movement. More info to come during class.
The Last Primal Pattern Movement is called “Gait” which stands for walking, jogging, and sprinting. We will do each of those on Wednesday’s.

thanks Ethan they are not that big but I like to train most days of the week but I switch it up such as lifting weights one day, surfing one day, yoga one day, stretching, resting etc.
caldwell are we going to do any primal pattern movements this month cause i am going to the guy and doing what the viedo said.
