Sports Calendar

2012-2013

Sports are played on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. On Wednesdays all students will participate in our school wide jog/walk. Thursdays consist of functional exercises and strength training, focusing on the primal pattern movements.

    mr. caldwell, do u like smoothies like juice it up or jamba juice?

      no not really. They are basically one big sugar drink of low quality. I do like fresh juiced fruits and veggies that you juice at home with no extra junk added in depending on the person. Smoothies are a ton of carbohydrates all at once. You should always eat protein, fat, and carbs together to help balance your blood sugar

      memory lane is a term Ms. Vacketta came up with. It basically means we are going to go back and play all the sports and activities we have done during the year during the months of May and June

      Mr. Hough is awesome. Our programs are not the same but we do play some of the same sports. My class did soccer in October
