I am very proud of each period today for doing their best on the mile-run, push-ups, and curl-ups. You need to practice at home in front of a mirror to make sure you have good technique. All of you will improve over the coming months so keep up the good work! Remember when you work-out or work-in you have to make sure you are using the different primal pattern movements. So today you covered gait(jogging) and pushing(push-ups). In your next work-out you can add in pulling and squat for example.

Below are the new members of the Sierra Vista Milers club. All you need to do is run the mile in 6 minutes and 45 seconds or less. YOU CAN DO IT!Tomorrow we will play Mrs. Morris class in flag football.
