Just got back from a nice 15 minute jog followed up by a nice stretching session to cool down. Remember I believe in “working-in” and “working-out.” It is very important to switch up your exercise routine to keep your body guessing and to keep your fitness plan fresh and fun. Doing the same thing over and over again can become boring. So far this week I have jogged, yoga, breathing exercises, stretching, and strength training using medicine balls.
