Remember Metabolic Typing is one food plan out of many so take a look at it and form your own opinion and see if it works for you. Remember each person has unique food needs and each person should be eating different amounts of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. I also encourage you to eat more whole, fresh foods and put down any packaged, processed foods. Whole foods are always loaded with more nutrients then packaged foods.
