I encourage you to go to Pirate Coast Paddle in Newport Beach or any place that has SUP boards and give it a try. SUP is an amazing exercise that uses 5 primal pattern movements(squat, twist, bend, push, and pull). SUP will strengthen your muscular strength and endurance very fast.
