GET TO BED EALRY! Remember the deal we made today. You get to be early Sunday through Thursday and then stay up a little later on Friday and Saturday so you can still have fun. Don’t forget that from 10pm to 2am your body is repairing and from 2am-6am your brain is repairing. At your age you need 9-10 hours of sleep a night as you are going through many hormonal changes and growing. You only get one body so let’s take care of it. Next week we will go over some “sleep tips” so we can get you sleeping more deeply and for longer periods of time.
