All periods did an amazing job today learning and practicing the primal pattern movements and 6 foundational exercises. Some of you might be sore tomorrow. Make sure to practice at home and master the proper technique for each movement.
Tomorrow we will be back in the MPR doing part 2. Remember it’s ok to laugh at yourself when you are not good at something. Once you practice a bunch of times you will get the hang of it and the hard work will start to pay off. See you all in the morning.
