Well our 4 day weekend is coming to an end people. So we should all be refreshed for the coming week. On Monday and Tuesday we will finish up pickleball with a little forehand/backhand volleying practice and play our final tournament. Wednesday we will jog and then on Thursday we start my 2nd most favorite sport at Sierra Vista team handball. Team handball is an olympic sport and ALL SKILL LEVELS will excel at this game. It’s so fun and make sure to listen for when lunchtime team handball sign-ups will be. Teams will have 8-10 players and there will be no draft. Check out the team handball video below and make sure to read the study guide ahead of time. We will change some of the rules of team handball when we play. Lunchtime pickleball playoffs start tomorrow so check the schedule.
