Nice job today on our sprint/walk session. Every period looked good. As you heard in class, I highly encourage you to sign up for the 5K run(3.1 miles) on Sunday, May 1 at the Irvine Spectrum. It’s for a good cause and you get to run against Mr. Hough and Mr. Maurer. To learn more and sign-up check out my post below from Friday. Our goal is to get at least 20 students to participate and raise $1000.00. Talk to your parents and let’s do this. See you all in the morning.
