Good evening students and world. As we talked about in class today I encourage all of you to try and eat as many organic foods as possible and try and eat as many grass fed meats as possible. These foods are usually free of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, steroids, antibiotics and who knows what else. The less chemicals in your food the better. Remember, whatever the animal or plant eats you eat also. All of those chemicals can add up and hurt your health to keep it in simple terms. I highly recommend buying foods from Whole Foods Market, Mother’s Market, organic farms, farmers markets, and even Trader Joe’s is adding more organic foods to their stores. You are what you eat and your cells are made from what you eat so choose wisely. More to come in class next week.
