Good Saturday morning to you students, parents, and world! I just got done with a nice quick workout of 4 sets consisting of push-ups(all the way down then up half way, back down, then up all the way), TRX curls, and some rectus abdominis work. I like to train in the morning as that is when I feel my best. Below is what I ate yesterday to keep my blood sugar balanced, energy stable, cells blasted with nutrition, and my mind right. It’s all about eating whole foods cooked fresh everyday.

Lamb shanks, coconut oil, pickling salt, OJ, nectarine, cantaloupe, watermelon, sweet potato, white fish, carrot, pastured eggs, macaroons, bone broth, and sparkling natural mineral water.

Enjoy some rest then get off your butts and get outside and have some fun with your family and friends. Enjoy your day. I will teach you more about nutrition as the year goes on. On Wednesday we will talk about sleep.

P.S.- let me know what you guys have been eating this weekend.
