Med Ball Relays

Med ball relays were fun today. Remember that you want to work all of the 7 primal pattern movements during the week so you can stay functional and healthy in all of the activities and sports you do in your life! Med ball relays covered the pushing, pulling, twisting, and squatting primal pattern movements. Tomorrow rec games will continue with spikeball, 4 square, and corn hole!
