First 2 periods today have been awesome. I appreciate your hard work! I hope you all learned something from our “proper hydration” lecture. Give your body as many healthy liquids and foods as possible. Remember you only get one body so let’s take care of it.
The skills we learn in PE class carry over to tutorial. Today you were working on pass patterns and creating plays and you put them into action during game play in tutorial. Tutorial is a great way to get extra one on one help or grow socially and improve your athletic skills and fitness level.

Awesome job today people. Tomorrow we have a fun strength training/primal pattern movements workout planned. You will be using plyo boxes, heavy ropes, weighted body bars, jump ropes, and cables. You will be challenged!
