Awesome job today people. Tomorrow we have a fun strength training/primal pattern movements workout planned. You will be using plyo boxes, heavy ropes, weighted body bars, jump ropes, and cables. You will be challenged!

Beautiful job today students. I encourage you to take a class at your local gym or pilates studio or just watch a video online and give it another try. Your body will thank you. Tomorrow in PE we will run the OFFICIAL MILE so get some rest tonight. See you in the morning.
